REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Plyora Tissues, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Hygiene Products: Tissues, toilet paper, face masks, and sanitary wipes (if the outer seal is broken).
Personal Care: Opened medical or nursing supplies.
Sale/Outlet Items: Items purchased from the "Outlet" or "Big Sale" sections are final sale.
Custom/Special Orders: Any product customized or ordered specifically for the customer.
3. EXCHANGE POLICY
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/color was sent.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [Insert Email].
The exchanged product will be delivered within 10-15 days.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.
4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide photos of the damaged item and the shipping box.
We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
5. THE REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
6. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once an order is in the "Shipped" status, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return (subject to the terms above).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
