SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Plyora Tissues. We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume periods (such as sales or festivals), processing may be delayed by a few additional days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Delivery: Estimated 5–7 business days.
Express Delivery: Estimated 2–3 business days (where available).
Remote Areas: Delivery to certain remote islands, mountainous regions, or rural areas may take 10–12 business days and may incur additional shipping surcharges.
3. DIRECT SHIPMENT (MANUFACTURERS)
Please note that some specialty products (such as designer apparel or bulk industrial supplies) are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
In these cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times.
Manufacturer packaging may differ from standard Plyora Tissues branding.
Invoices for direct-ship items may be sent electronically rather than included in the physical box.
4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Plyora Tissues is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. DAMAGES
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or contact our support team immediately.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We recommend taking photos of the damaged package as proof.
7. DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
