Payment Methods: We accept  UPI, Net Banking. Payment must be received in full before the shipment of goods.

Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs.

Direct Shipping: Some items may be shipped directly from manufacturers. In such cases, the packaging may differ from standard Plyora Tissues branding.

5. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Order Changes: Changes or cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

Returns: Returns are accepted for 7 days following delivery, provided the item is in its original, unopened packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Hygiene products (tissues, masks, medical supplies) and personalized items cannot be returned once opened due to health and safety regulations.
